Arizona housing market is crazy and realtors don’t even have to put lot of effort. They get their commission anyways. Thats what I thought until I found Anu. To be honest Anu is my fourth realtor and I happy that I found her. The other realtors didn’t care much about helping me find a house within my budget with my criteria. Many realtors are ready to offer 1% of their commission to you, but trust me they wont put any effort for you other than sending you list of houses. Most of the realtors were not ready to negotiate or even try to approach sellers with an offer below the listed price. Anu was the only one who spontaneously accepted and said “ if there is a possibility we should always ask less than the list price.” Also Anu was the only one to check the comps before even scheduling the visit. She will clearly tell me whether the house is worth for the listed price or not.
Anu helped buy a house with 20k less than the listed price. Yes, you heard rite $20k less that listed price. And its not for a TLC house, a 2014
year built house with move-in condition. The best part was the house appraisal came up $10k more 😊. Anu even negotiated and got me the refrigerator, washer and dryer along with the house. Her negotiation skills are great. She made sellers pay most of the miscellaneous closing cost. During the inspection I did not order for roof inspection because it was expensive. When Anu came to know abt this, the next day she called the same inspection company and asked them to check the roof with zero dollars from my pocket.
